The shipping of products are taken care by our logistic partners who are specialized in critical logistics like gold ornaments and precious metals. Moreover the products shipped to customers are insured for its safety.
2. How customized jewel making in this e-market place works?
It is simple and easy with just 3 steps for the customers.
Step-1. Browse the catalog for jewel which matches your interest &/ Craftsmen of your choice and raise a customization request to further customize the design.
Step-2. Review and make part payment for the Quotation which you will receive from the Goldsmith vendor based on your request and your interaction with vendor (vendor may call before Quote generation)
Step-3. Check the final jewel details and Make full payment when you get to know that the product is ready.
That is all. You will receive your customized product, which is specially crafted for you, to your home. You can track the progress anytime from your portal login.
For customized jewel or article making, payment happens at two stages as part and full payment. When part payment is made, customer gets the credit as metal in grams (as per their choice in order) as per the day price of the metal. During final payment remaining price is calculated based on the metal price on the payment date. This approach makes the cost calculation hassle free, transparent and balanced.
