Shipping & Delivery

1. Goldesmiths.com is committed for safe and on-time delivery of your orders.

2. Shipping is free for any order value above 10 thousand.

3. For in-stock items, the orders are processed upon once the payment is confirmed. For UPI and direct bank transfers customers need to submit the transaction details for the orders to be processed.

4. For custom / personalized orders, customer will get email notification once the order is ready for dispatch. Once the payment dues are cleared, product will be dispatched after payment conformation.

5. All shipments are handled through our third-party logistics experts for its safe and on-time delivery. All the shipments are insured for its safety.

6. Products will be delivered only to the customer in the specified address as per order. Customers need to show their appropriate photo ID proof from Government authorities, for the product to be delivered.

7. Orders are delivered within 5 working days from product dispatch. Goldesmiths cannot be held responsible for delays on the shipment delivery due to severe weather or other unexpected conditions.
